Agreement and scope
By using hopearth.online, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms cover the game launcher, navigation, original editorial pages, analytics choices, and contact channel. They do not replace the terms presented by hop.earth for its accounts, game service, or content in the separate game window.
This version is effective August 9, 2026.
Separate game service
The homepage launcher opens the original hop.earth service directly in a separate browser window. Hop.Earth controls its accounts, races, maps, payments if any, and game conduct. Hopearth.online does not relay game requests and cannot inspect account fields, restore a race, or change a password.
Opening a separate window depends on browser popup settings. Continued game availability depends on the source service, browser support, network, and device capability.
Permitted use
You may read the guides, link to public pages, and use the launcher for personal, non-abusive access. You may not distribute malware, interfere with hosting or analytics, bypass security controls, scrape at a rate that disrupts service, impersonate the publisher, use the contact address for spam, or attempt to access data in another browsing context through unauthorized means.
Automated accessibility tools and search crawlers that follow published rules are allowed. Attempts to create fake ad interactions, artificial traffic, or fraudulent analytics events are prohibited.
Editorial content
Original text, page organization, visual design, troubleshooting sequences, and site-specific implementation are protected by applicable copyright law unless a file states another license. Product names, third-party services, and external materials remain the property of their respective owners.
See Sources and site credits for the current technology and research basis.
Third-party links and product information
External links and the game launcher are provided for convenience and context. Hopearth.online does not control a destination's availability, security, prices, account rules, downloads, or content. Check the destination domain before signing in, paying, or installing software. A guide reflects information available on its displayed review date and may become outdated.
No warranty
The outer site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that every guide is error-free, every external service remains available, a popup remains permitted, or the game runs on every device. Game content is entertainment, not navigation, driving instruction, geographic surveying, or a safety service.
Limitation and changes
To the extent permitted by law, the site owner is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the outer site, reliance on outdated third-party information, or activity inside an external service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Pages and these terms may change to reflect product updates, policy requirements, or security needs. A new effective date appears after a material change. Questions can be sent to hello@hopearth.online.
