Agreement and scope
By using hopearth.online, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms cover the editorial pages, bundled assets, and independent playable demo. They do not govern the official Hop Earth service or any other third-party site.
This version is effective August 6, 2026.
Independent status
Hopearth.online is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Hop.Earth or DVLP Ltd. Product names and links are used to identify the subject of independent commentary and interoperability research. The official game has its own terms, privacy practices, accounts, and support channels.
Permitted use
You may read the guides, link to public pages, and play the demo for personal, non-abusive use. You may not use the site to distribute malware, interfere with hosting or analytics, bypass security controls, scrape at a rate that disrupts service, misrepresent this site as official, or use its contact address for spam.
Automated accessibility tools, search crawlers that follow published rules, and reasonable research requests are allowed. Attempts to create fake ad interactions, artificial traffic, or fraudulent analytics events are prohibited.
Content and open-source licenses
Original editorial text, visual design, route configuration, and site-specific implementation are protected by applicable copyright law unless a file states another license. Portions of the demo are adapted from MIT-licensed Hop.Earth source code, and bundled road geometry is derived from OpenStreetMap. Those materials remain subject to their respective licenses and attribution requirements.

External links are provided for context and convenience. Hopearth.online does not control their availability, security, prices, account rules, downloads, or content. Check the destination domain before signing in, paying, or installing software. A comparison reflects information available on its displayed review date and may become outdated.
No warranty
The site and demo are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that every guide is error-free, every external service will remain available, or the demo will run on every device. The demo is entertainment and not a navigation, driving-instruction, geographic-survey, or safety service.
Limitation and changes
To the extent permitted by law, the site owner is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, reliance on outdated third-party information, or activity on an external service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
